Option D (horizontal scroll) — the strongest scroll-fatigue fix for THIS section specifically: fixed short height no matter how many events exist, feels native on mobile (thumb-swipe), but hides items off-screen so needs the "swipe →" hint or people miss it.
Option E (collapsed rows) — best general-purpose fix: only the first item opens by default, others show just a date + title (one line each).
